Melissa has been a Stark County resident for more than 35 years. Licensed since 2005 as a real estate agent, Melissa earned her broker's license and opened her own brokerage in 2014. Melissa is a Top Producer and a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors President Sales Club, a prestigious award that is only achieved by the top 10% of agents in the state of Ohio.

As a listing agent Melissa excels in helping homeowners sell their home for the most amount of money, for the best terms, and in the least amount of time. In contrast. helping first-time home buyers purchase the home of their dreams is one of her favorite parts of the job. Educating buyers on the process and providing them with information about down payment assistance programs allows Melissa to assist them in achieving their goal of home ownership. Giving back to her community is something that is close to Melissa's heart. A portion of every commission earned through referrals is donated to EN-RICH-MENT of Stark County, a local non-profit fine arts organization that offers programs such as music lessons, art, cooking, dance and gardening to under-served urban youth ages 5 to 18.
