The month of October is a spooky month, and to some it can be a scary one with monstrous problems. Yikes! Well, maybe not exactly scary, but words like that seem to be popping up everywhere as kids and adults alike look forward to a spooktacular Halloween.

According to the USA Today, adults spend more money to celebrate Halloween than any other day during the year. I get that. Particularly if they want to hang out with the kids to go trick or treating or attend a Halloween party.

Many homeowners and home buyers are truly scared though. Scared of how in the world they are going to get out of their current house and into their next one (the trick).
